Group Air Tickets & Blocked Seats

Group tickets are blocks of seats held on a specific flight and date, released at a fixed per-head fare. Because the seats are already confirmed, the price does not move with demand the way an individual booking does — which is why mosque groups, extended families and corporate delegations travelling together almost always pay less this way than booking one seat at a time.

How group fares work

• Confirmed seats, fixed price — the fare is locked when the block is issued, not repriced as the flight fills.
• Names later — a block is normally held on a deposit, with passenger names submitted before a ticketing deadline.
• One-way, return or multi-city — useful for Umrah groups flying into Jeddah and home from Madinah.
• Typically 10 passengers or more — smaller parties are usually better served by individual tickets, and we will say so.

How many passengers make a group booking?

Ten or more is the usual threshold for a genuine group fare. Below that, individual tickets are often cheaper — we will tell you which way round it falls for your party.

Can names be changed after booking?

Group blocks are held without names initially, and names are submitted before the ticketing deadline. Changes after ticketing follow the airline's fare rules, which we confirm in writing before you pay.

Do you handle Umrah group tickets?

Yes — Umrah groups are the most common request, including Jeddah in and Madinah out. Group seats can be booked on their own or as part of a full Umrah package.
