Health and Vaccinations for Umrah

Meningococcal ACWY vaccination is required at least ten days before arrival — leaving it to the final week is the commonest reason a file is not ready. The real risks on the ground are heat and dehydration rather than exotic illness: Makkah exceeds 40°C much of the year. Carry medication in original packaging with prescriptions, and break in your shoes.
